Redwood Park

Redwood Park is a private collection of eight architect-designed 2-bedroom retirement bungalows in the charming and vibrant community of historical Bradwell on Sea near the key towns of Burnham-on-Crouch, Maldon and Chelmsford in Essex.

Located in the beautiful rural grounds of Down Hall, a residential home owned and run by the Patten family since 2007, Redwood Park was built upon the aim of providing an opportunity for independent living with the option of fully tailored specialist care packages delivered by the onsite care personnel at Down Hall if required.

The bungalows at Redwood Park offer the high specification build and finish to be expected of a Patten Homes development. They are light and spacious, and have the added peace of mind that should it be needed, professional assistance is right on the doorstep.

Each bungalow is fitted as standard with call-points through to the main office at Down Hall for added reassurance and security.

For those residing at Redwood Park, there is an open invitation to enjoy the extensive programme of activities and events at Down Hall, and all residents are welcome to hire the community function room for private events. The area of Bradwell on Sea itself offers a range of amenities and excellent transport links, including a bus that stops right outside Redwood Park. There is a distinct sense of community between Redwood Park and Down Hall and with events reaching out to local village residents, it has become a hub for everyone to gather and enjoy quality time.
